This luxury Florida vacation home with its own private swimming pool is located in the golf community of Lakeside in Inverness. The villa is located directly at the golf course and offers an amazing view. The large screened-in patio has a pool with a hot tub that can be separated from the rest of the patio with a safety fence. A queen and two twin bedrooms offer accommodation for 6 guests. There are two full bathrooms (not ensuite). The modern and spacious interior will make for an enjoyable stay. Guests that stay at least one week receive ExecGolf rebate cards free of charge. With these cards one can play at reduced rates on 21 of the best golf courses in the area. Every first round on each course for just $26 including cart!

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 28 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 28 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
