This is a 3 bedroom and 2-bathroom Vacation Villa with a swimming pool that is located directly along the green of hole 7. You will find that the modern living room is perfect for any family to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun, the living room comes complete with a flat screen TV and Internet access. Adjacent to the Living room you will find the dining room which has seating for 6 guests. The open concept kitchen has all you could need from pots and pans to upgrades such as appliances and amply countertops. Curious as to what is going on in the kitchen. Take a seat at one of the bar stools where you will get a perfect view of the action in the kitchen. The master bedroom is located at the left side of the living room and comes with a king sized bed dressed in luxurious bedding and an en-suite bathroom, the first guest bedroom has a King-size bed and the next guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and share the second bathroom. The private pool area is on the west side of the property and has a large covered area, with a table for 6. Around the pool there is ample room and has lounge chairs. The pool can be heated with an electric heat pump, upon request (extra charge). The ideal vacation spot to enjoy the golfers, lots of birds and the tranquility of the Lakeside CC

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
