Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 12.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children., Maximum of 2 Adults., Maximum of 2 Children.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 0.00 CAD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.

Parking is free.

Security or Damage Deposit
