Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of $100. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of $500. This Disney Florida Pool House rents by the week - "Saturday Arrival / Saturday Departure".
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a $100 cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is due 31 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is $3000 - Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Number of Rental Guests
Listed rental prices are for rental groups of 1 to 4 people. For 5 people - $7 per night extra / For 6 people $14 per night extra.
Maximum number of Rental Guests allowed - 6 people.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed (dogs only). A Fee of $20.00 is charged per day - Size limits: Up to 18 kilograms (50 pounds) - A guest must advise the house owner that they are bringing a dog. Maximum allowed: 2 dogs - You will be able to discuss your pet with the house owner before completing your booking with them. Monthly rate (for 1 or 2 dogs) is 250.00 USD.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure - One-time fee of $160.00 for stays of any number of nights.
