Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 5 nights rent) will be refunded.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 1 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 5 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
