Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 40 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo, Zelle

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
