There is room for everyone to stay on this beautiful private estate A "one of a kind" property, beautifully situated on the south side of Jaco. If your looking for a memorable holiday accommodation here it is. We are situated in a great secure area but not remote and only minutes to everything. A car is not necessary here but we have lots of parking if you have one. If this is your first trip or you have traveled here before and would like to experience Costa Rica in a beautiful setting, here is a great place to start. The estate sits on almost an acre of tropical foliage, mango trees, bananas, iguanas, geckos, macaws, many toucans and the occasional monkeys . A great place to relax and unwind while enjoying your private swimming pool and grounds. Lots of privacy with no neighbors close enough to disturb day or night. The entire resort is yours to enjoy. For the children, there are full-sized mattresses that can be put on the floor for sleeping. We have a full-time 24 - 7 caretaker to help you with everything from practicing your Spanish to giving directions or picking you mango's in May Enjoy our delicious mango's (May-June) and daily magical sunsets from the patios. If your lucky you might see a troop of monkeys pass by, You will definitely see the magnificent Macaws fly by daily or Toucans calling in the trees. Have a camera ready. Enjoy cool ocean breezes and evening dips in the private pool on the large patio. Outside speakers will bring your music outdoors. Dance, sing, enjoy. The estate includes two villas and they are fairly close together but both have their own privacy & ocean views. They are totally set-up for your home away from home and contain everything to make your trip a very memorable one and if there is anything extra you require, please ask its very important to us that you enjoy your stay with us. Our property is like no other here in Jaco, It's a special, secure, clean, quality place for guests to enjoy. The resort will sleep up to 15 guests. Shuttle transportation from the airport to the resort in November is included with a 10 or more night package, It will be arranged to bring up to 8 guests directly to the resort with no stress, sit back and enjoy the scenic ride. The location here is excellent, the beach is directly across the road, hiking is just behind us on Miro mountain (a must to do) with breathtaking views, experience the wildlife first hand with monkeys, parrots, the occasional sloth and more. Try golfing at Los Suenos and deep sea fishing only 10 minutes away in Herradura, horseback riding, surfing, restaurant, pool, spa and amenities across the road. Watch the surf competitions and dine watching the sunsets at Playa Hermosa just 8 minutes away, drive along the coast to experience the many beautiful beaches especially Oeste Esterillos beaches Manuel Antonio National Park is a must to visit in Quepos. There are many tours and activities in the area for everyone to enjoy and tour operators will pick you up here at our property. Payment Methods

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 10 pm.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 25.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent Beach towels are supplied. Towels are not allowed outside of the property. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.

Parking is free.

Air Conditioning & Fees

Air Conditioning is included in the rent Excessive use will be charge for by deducting the cost from the security deposit.

A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Third party transfer services are available. Fees are based on a one-way trip.
