This is one of four beautifully restored Gites which have been created from renovated barns, in the grounds of an old Chateau, dating from 1745. Situated in the heart of Gascony, we offer a wide variety of opportunities for those wishing to holiday in the area. Close to the market towns of Plaisance du Gers, Vic en Bigorre, Maubourguet and Aire sur l’Adour visitors are spoiled for choice when looking for quality regional produce. In addition to the Madiran Appellation, the areas around Madiran include the wine growing regions of St Mont, Juracon and the Bearn. In addition, within easy reach, to the north is the Armagnac region and some of the most charming towns in South West France. For those interested in exploring the area, within easy reach of the Pyrenees mountains, which offer a wide variety of activities, and the French Atlantic coast and the Cote d’Argent. The Surroundings For lovers of beautiful countryside, good food, fine wine and a more relaxed pace of life, we offer an ideal holiday location. Situated in the heart of the Madiran wine growing area of the Haute Pyrenees in the South West of France. Surrounded by vineyards, the property is on the borders of the Gers, Pyrenees Atlantique and Haute Pyrenees in the heart of Gascony and close to the Pyrenees mountains and the beaches of the Cote d’Argent.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 EUR is due on arrival.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Parking is free.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of laundry. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply. The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply.
