Payment Methods

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 05:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Key is provided at check in.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 12:00 AM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Fee of 5.00 EUR is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 0.00 EUR is charged for each occupant(based on a minimum of 1 occupants). A guest must request this optional service. Requests for this service must be received well in advance of your stay. Linens changed for an additional 20.00 per maid service.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent Beach towels should be brought by guest. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.

Parking

Parking is free. No parking permit is required. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services A guest must request this optional service. A rental vehicle is required.

Internet Service & Fee

Internet is included in the rent Password is available at the check-in front desk..

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

Property Heating is included in the rent Guest pays utilities when the stay is 21 or more nights.

Air Conditioning & Fees

Air Conditioning is included in the rent Air conditioning is included in the rent. There is no fee charged. The air conditioned rooms include living room/dining room. Excessive use will be charge for by charging the guest's credit card.
