The house is located in a historic citrus grove. Every detail of the traditional Sicilian garden has been recovered. The irrigation system of the citrus grove dates back to the 1930s and respects the hydraulic principles of the Arab Middle Ages and, almost always, you can hear the sounds of the water flowing in the clay and calcarenite pipes. There are many signs that recall the classic rock epic of the seventies. All rooms have external entrance. Inside the garden there is the owners' house and an outbuilding for his guests. He structure offers its own organic garden (only in summer) and its own citrus grove (winter and spring). The kitchen and dining area are open air. Even in winter it is possible to dine on the veranda because it is heated with a good radiant stove (average temp. +22C°). Our property will make you find the house ready to be lived in (already clean and with the beds complete with towels, sheets and blankets). There is no cleaning service and change of linen during the stay. At home you will find what is necessary (broom, vacuum cleaner, detergents, rags, etc. And other sheets and towels already clean) to carry out these services in do-it-yourself mode. Inside the garden of the building, Cesare lives free, a dog with a joyful disposition. La casa si trova in uno storico agrumeto. Ogni dettaglio del tradizionale giardino siciliano è stato recuperato. L'impianto di irrigazione dell'agrumeto risale agli anni '30 e rispetta i principi idraulici del medioevo arabo e, quasi sempre, si sentono i rumori dell'acqua che scorre nelle condutture in argilla e calcarenite. Ci sono molti segni che richiamano l'epopea del rock classico degli anni Settanta. Tutte le camere hanno ingresso esterno. All'interno del giardino si trova la casa dei proprietari e una dependance per i suoi ospiti. La struttura mette a disposizione un proprio orto biologico (solo in estate) e un proprio agrumeto (invernale e primaverile). La cucina e la sala da pranzo sono all'aperto. Anche in inverno è possibile cenare in veranda perché riscaldata con una buona stufa radiante (temperatura media +22C°). La nostra struttura vi farà trovare la casa pronta per essere vissuta (già pulita e con i letti completi di asciugamani, lenzuola e coperte). Non è previsto il servizio di pulizia e cambio biancheria durante il soggiorno. In casa troverete quanto necessario (scopa, aspirapolvere, detersivi, stracci, ecc. Ed altre lenzuola e asciugamani già puliti) per poter svolgere questi servizi in modalità fai da te. All'interno del giardino della casa vive libero Cesare, un cane dal carattere gioioso.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2,00 percent surcharge. Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 200 EUR

Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 100.00 EUR is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
