Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 30 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children., Maximum of 4 Adults.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.

Parking

Parking is free. Pick up parking permit from front desk on arrival.
