Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 70 percent will apply.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 300 USD

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 300.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. There is no fence/gate around the pool. There is no life guard on duty.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Fee of 50.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog, Any Pet A security deposit of 300.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
