Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

KITCHEN....fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters....it also offers an air fryer . Our kitchen comes with most items that will be needed for cooking. If there is an item not provided we will try our best to accommodate it if possible.

FAMILY ROOM....our family room offers a smart TV and as sliding doors that leads to the pool area. Also comes with a sofa QUEEN bed with memory foam mattress...Ceiling fan also available

LIVING ROOM....Pull out queen Sofa.. offers virtual work area

GAME ROOM.....Our game room offers a pool table and an air hockey table ....We also offer board games and a few pool toys....Ceiling fan also available.....We ask that you do not leave pool toys in the pool when not in use..

OUTDOOR POOL/SPA.....you have the option to get this heated for an extra cost. We service our pools once per week but debris and leaves can get in the pool especially on a very windy day. We also provide a pool skimmer so you can remove any leaves or debris. We offer a paid service if you want the pool to be cleaned more frequently during your stay.

This luxury pool villa offers 2 master ensuites with the main master facing the pool. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a game room offering a pool table, air hockey and several board games. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs as well as a 65 inch TV in the family room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances inlcuding a Keurig and coffee maker. An airfryer and a smokeless indoor grill.

Propane gas grill is also available for rent. Charcoals grill is available at the property free of charge.

Our pool is outdoors and located in the back yard. It is cleaned weekly and we make every attempt to keep it free of debris and leaves, but at times leaves and debris may end up at the surface especially on a windy day. We have provided a portable skimmer for you to remove any of these items should you encounter any.

To conserve energy, when our exterior doors and door leading to the garage or game room is open for more than 5 minutes the Ac will be shut off. If you like the fresh outdoor air that is great because if you open the exterior doors the AC will be off in 5 miuntes. However, if you prefer the home to be cool from the Ac it is important to keep all exterior doors and the door leading to the garage or game room closed at all times.

We provide complimentary WIFI, however there may be times when our WIFI goes out due to no fault of ours especially during bad weather or if the Provider is unable to provide services if there main equipments are out. This however rarely happens

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Stripe, Zelle

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 1 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure.
