This 4-Bed 3-Bath House can accommodate 8 guests for a minimum of 7 nights.

First of all, we, “my wife, “children and I are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful home in Clermont Florida. Before you decide where you wish to spend your holiday, I would like to express our personal feeling, love and passion that we would like to share with you when you are here. Our property is preserved with beautiful, tropical, and coloured scented flowers, with a breathtaking surrounding forest, which makes it a perfect scenery, and not a 'back to back' neighbour scenario. Next, our Pool and Spa faces Southside and is surrounded by our beautiful, tropical pool garden and lots of exotic Florida's palms. Our neighbourhood is peaceful and the Natives are warm and friendly. Disneyland and parks are just around the corner, which means in a real short driving distance (12 minutes). We accommodate children of all ages, this includes infants. We are fully equipped for all ages and ready to go with our management being available around the clock. There are games and videos for the young, and games and literature for the older. Additionally, we have a pool table, a tennis table, and mountain bikes for all ages to enjoy. If the kids happening become bored, then there are loads of nearby parks which can be easily reached for our villa. We have an in-house library, with up to date novels and books. Outside, on deck, we have a big modern gas BBQ which is fun to use and enjoy. Furthermore, enjoy after meals, sitting around the pool. You'll just love coming here. There is nothing better than to enjoy our villa and its facilities. You'll find many restaurants just 5 minutes from our villa. We'd love having your family over, so come soon.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 56 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 56 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation 55-43 days prior to arrival, owner will keep 50% of total cost. Cancellation 42 - 29 days prior to arrival, owner will keep 75% of total cost.Cancellation 28 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 USD is due 10 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM If a guest would like to arrive early or check out later and there are no guests arriving or departing that day, a late check out or early check in could be possible however there would be a $50 fee. Please note that this cannot be accommodated if there is another guest arriving or departing that day.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Proof of age may be required for all guests. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund. Hosting a function/party is not allowed.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 120.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 30.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service.

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 95.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 4 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
