Payment Methods
Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellations 59 - 25 days prior to arrival, there will be a refund of 50% of the rent plus the damage deposit and cleaning fee paid. Cancellations 24 days or less prior to arrival, only the damage deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded along with some of the rent refunded for the nights that are re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 175.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply. The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply.
