House Rule

We will require the following prior to arrival Via our secure online Guest Registration
* A valid personal email generic booking email cannot be accepted.
* A valid phone number including prefix code for all staying guests no phone number no access.
* An estimated time of arrival.
* A signed Group registration and Â£50 per person damage deposit prior to arrival no exceptions.
* A copy of ID from all parties attending the property is sent with the contract. Guest must be 21 and over unless itâ€™s a family.
Please note although you have paid a Â£100 security deposit to Airbnb we will still require Â£50 per person as stated.
No extra guests or visitors are allowed in the block if our rules have been breached all guests will be removed without a refund
For guests staying more than 7 nights Extra weekly or fortnightly cleaning fees are payable directly via invoice

Cancellation Policy

For Direct Guests, Please note all payments are via Bank Transfer and payment is due within 24hrs of booking,

1- Non-Refundable - 100% payment in full within 24 hours.
2- Free Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. 30% payable on booking with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled within the cancellation period, a full refund will be given.
