The 1st floor features a mud/entry room, a 3/4-bath, an open kitchen/dining/living area with a dishwasher, a freestanding wood stove, (firewood provided) a full- size hide-a-bed, and a separate sitting area with fabulous views. The 1st floor also includes one bedroom with 1-king sized bed and its own en suite 3/4-bath, plus a separate laundry area with a full- size washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features a loft area with 1-queen sized bed, a 3/4-bath, and a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a walk-out balcony. Just outside the back door is a covered deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor HOT TUB! This delightful pet-friendly, WIFI equipped, and monitored family vacation home also includes an electric car charger - 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet (Tesla Model 3, etc.) and will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Now with air conditioning.

PLEASE NOTE: Although a perimeter fenced is provided, the high bank riverfront location may not be suitable for small children.

Glacier, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground. SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...The photography is unsurpassed year-round.

WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
