Description

Under pride of new ownership, this newly restyled 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath family vacation cabin features a covered front porch for sipping your favorite beverage, as well as a brand-new rear deck...Complete with a brand-new BBQ. Inside, the first floor living area features new furnishings, a new heat and air conditioning(!) system, a freestanding gas fireplace, and a new flat screen Blue-Ray - monitor. The combination kitchen and dining area features newer appliances, (including a dishwasher) a breakfast bar and separate dinette, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer - dryer. Also featured is one bedroom with a brand-new King-sized bed, and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a loft sitting area with a workstation, one bedroom with a brand-new king-sized bed, and another full bath. Everything is fresh with new paint throughout. This monitored and WIFI equipped family vacation cabin is perfect for singles, couples, and small families alike, and will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Glacier, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground. SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...The photography is unsurpassed year-round.

Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

One-time fee of 3.00 % for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
