Booking Deposit

Payment Balance

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
