Step into a vacation state of mind with brand-new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, complemented by designs and decor that exude coastal charm. Sleep in bliss on comfortable memory foam mattresses, accommodating the whole family with a queen bed in each bedroom and an additional queen foam mattress in the pull-out couch. This ideal condo resides in a sought-after locale, offering an easy stroll to local favorite restaurants, stores, a beach playground, the boardwalk, and boardwalk concerts. While some street noise may occasionally drift in, the owners have crafted a sanctuary in the heart of the best Virginia Beach has to offer. Nestled on the second floor, a single flight of stairs provides access (please note, no elevator available). City health regulations maintain an occupancy limit of three persons per bedroom, emphasizing bedding flexibility for optimal sleeping arrangements. A comprehensive linens package awaits, featuring fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, along with a towel set for each guest, including one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired. Rest easy knowing EPA certified cleaning products are utilized during the provided cleaning service. Parking is a breeze with one space in the complex lot, complemented by a parking pass for the neighboring 9th Street Parking Garage.
