The new construction (2009) condo has 24 hours reception and security, beautiful pool including kids pool, 6 in-pool beds, 2 Jacuzzi and amenities including gym, business center, lounging and entertainment areas The living space is well lit with floor to ceiling glass sliding windows that guide you to the balcony where you can admire the beautiful pool. The kitchen window is facing a little jungle where you will see and hear the singing of beautiful birds every morning. At the entry is a mosquito net door and ceiling fans in every room (bathrooms included) that allow the ocean breezes flow and refresh the space. There are two spacious bedrooms, both with attached private full bathrooms, the master room has flat screen Smart TV with DVD player. The wide-open living room has comfortable leather sofa, 52" flat screen television with cable TV and DVD player, the dinning table has seats for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all what you need to cook as you do it at home. At the beautiful and spacious roof deck is the laundry room with washer - dryer machine, open shower and a 1 - 2 bathroom. There is a window with a view of the Cozumel Island. Here is the perfect spot where you will have a pleasant time to relax on a private Jacuzzi, lounge on the beds, refreshing on the open shower or invite friends over for a BBQ .

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
