Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due immediately.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
