Our villa is a fabulous three bedroom villa with stunning sea views, located on the north-east coast with stunning views and overlooking the beautiful bay of Krouzeri.It is tucked away in an olive grove on the edge of the hill, with dreamy sunrise and sea views, a private pool and short access to local beaches, Agni, Krouzeri Kalami, Nisaki, and Barbati Beach.

The villa is a modern villa, with comfortable spaces, a luxurious touch, and sunny terraces facing southeast. It is set on two levels in a private hilly olive grove and can accommodate a family or group of six people in three spacious bedrooms. A private road connects the property with the main road and leads to a private parking, next to the main entrance and the stone pool.

The villa has an open-plan living and dining area with a luxury fitted kitchen with an island. The master bedroom is on this floor with a large 2m x 2m bed and an en-suite shower room with a shower and dual sinks. The suite enjoys splendid views over the sea with direct access to the covered veranda and the pool area. There is also a utility room on this floor and a guest WC.

The first floor has one double bedroom with access to the family bathroom, the third bedroom has a single bed with an additional pull-out single, making a twin with an en-suite bathroom, a room perfectly designed for younger members of the family or teenagers. Both bedrooms have their own access to the covered balcony and again enjoy spectacular sea views.

The covered veranda has a dining table seating 6 and an outdoor living area with comfortable furniture where evenings can be enjoyed watching the sunset over the west coast of the island.

The tiled swimming pool is set in stone patios with pebble overflow and is surrounded by stone walling, ensuring a super private area which is not overlooked. Here we have 6 comfortable sun loungers and parasols, making this a perfect south facing property for sunlovers looking for all-day sunshine.
