Fresh Renovated Luxury Studio with balcony less than 80 meters from Cabarete beach. Overlooking a peaceful private garden and beautiful pool only a short walk to the beach. No car needed. Center of Cabarete. Private place. Absolutely Quiet, gated community. Fully furnished, AIR CONDITIONING, Cooking utensils, TV, WiFi, Safe, Storage for sports equipment. Price include electricity, hot water, cable TV, safe-box, parking, all utilities, AIR CONDITIONING with no extra cost 24 - 7, WiFi internet and etc... 24 Hour security, 24 Hour power (with back-up generator). Located on the top floor of a low rise building (3 floors) and because of this, it has cathedral ceilings which makes it feel larger than it is. Also being on the top floor, there are no neighbors above you. From the good size balcony there is a nice view of the pool and gorgeous courtyard with palm trees and flowers. This studio apartments are 600 square feet and feature one large -L- shaped room. Entry is from a covered walkway outside then through the kitchen and dining area. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a room divider chest of drawers that serves as a base for a TV that can be viewed from either the sleeping area or the living area. The living room area connects to a balcony that overlooks a peaceful private garden and swimming pool. A hallway off the sleeping area contains a large closet and entry to a private bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. This 3rd floor apartment has a spacious high ceiling. Apartment is constructed of the highest quality materials and features ceramic floor tiles and stainless steel fixtures. All furniture was tastefully designed and created to accent this beautiful apartment. By special request we can even provide a personal storage locker room with key located near the pool. Remember: Once outside Ocean Dream Cabarete gated courtyard of this beautiful vacation rental, everything is within a short walking distance. The beach of Cabarete Bay is a colorful and varied scene of windsurfers, kite-boarders, beach combers, and sun bathers. The village of Cabarete, which runs along the beach of Cabarete Bay, is lined with restaurants, points of interest, and plentiful shops to visit. For those that want to just relax at the pool for a few days, everything you need can be found at the commercial shopping Ocean Dream Cabarete plaza which features a pharmacy, a Mexican-style cafe and the Yamagato Sushi restaurant, Indian restaurant, an excellent office-supply and computer store, hairdresser, a stylish ladies clothing boutique and various specialty shops catering to the Caribbean Traveler at the entrance to Ocean Dream Properties - again just a short walking distance from the apartment. Ocean Dream Residence located in the center of Cabarete in a secure, gated development at the beach. Luxurious and spacious 2 and 3 bedroom condos as well as studio apartments. All of the units are surrounded by gorgeous tropical gardens, 7 swimming pools, plenty of off-street parking and a commercial plaza with restaurants, grocery shop, pharmacy, etc. Just a short walking distance from the apartment. Close to everything, but its own perfect oasis. Cabarete’s nightlife is remarkable. Restaurants, bars and discos share a swathe of beach where you can dine with your feet in the sand, enjoy local musicians and then move on to dance the night away. All these options are conveniently close to Ocean Dream Residence, and yet at a distance that won’t interrupt your peace should you decide to stay home for the night. Just a five-minute walk under the stars will get you there...Again just a short walking distance from the apartment.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 USD. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 120 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 11 pm. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 09:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 30.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 40.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service.
