Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 200.00 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. A thirty (30) day cancellation is required for short-term rentals. A sixty (60) day cancellation is required for monthly rentals. The booking deposit is non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended for your stay.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
