Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 250 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Venmo, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
No children allowed under 5 years old. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Parking
A fee or refundable deposit is collected for parking. Parking paid to a local third party for a 30 USD daily fee.
