Blue Tide 7B, in Seacrest, Florida, is a beautifully furnished and decorated 3 bedroom condo (includes the loft), 3 full baths, 2 balconies overlooking the amazing Gulf of Mexico, is very spacious with over 1800 square feet of living space. The beaches have been voted as one of the best of 'Americas Beaches'. You can walk right off the family room balcony to the steps to the gorgeous white sands and gulf. This is a unique feature that is great. It is located on scenic 30-A, 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and a few miles east of Watersound, Seaside and Seagrove Beach. I get a lots of compliments about how the condo is decorated and how comfortable it is. The condo is fully furnished to make you feel at home when you stay there. It is located on a 17 mile bike trail that runs along 30-A. This is lot's of fun for families. Bikes can be rented and delivered to the condo.

You can enjoy the incredible panoramic views to the east and west from the 2 private balconies of the sugar white sand and emerald green water of the gulf. It is truly breathtaking. There is nothing more beautiful and relaxing than sitting on one of the balconies in the morning enjoying coffee and/or breakfast or in the evening looking at the gulf and listening to the waves. The condo is designed so the sun never comes directly into the condo and no one can see in, so you never need to close the drapes and can enjoy the great Gulf views from the master, kitchen, dining area and family room all day long. Sun up to sun set. Even at night there is privacy and no one can see into the condo.

There is a private pool on-site. The condo offers 2 large bedrooms with comfortable king size beds and a full bath attached. There is a loft with 2 single beds. The loft is semi-private and like a retreat for children, teenagers and maybe young single adults. Because it is semi-private and does not have a bath attached, it might not be right for couples. There is a 3rd full bath on the main floor. There is also a pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The family room has 2 comfortable swivel rocker chairs with another chair and a queen sofa. It has an LED TV with cable and high definition on channels 800 to about 850, plus a DVD player. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and the loft has a DVD player. The master bedroom has a vanity area between the bedroom and bathroom for a little more privacy. It also has a large walk in travertine shower with a regular and a overhead rain shower head. Very relaxing. There is wireless internet..

The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 6 around the large dining table and a breakfast bar with stools. Both the master and family room have double sliding glass doors that open to balconies with seating and tables. Linens, towels and washcloths and a full sized washer/dryer are provided.

The Blue Tide has about 200 linear feet of private gulf frontage. There are only 18 condos in this quaint, quiet, family F

A.Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m. (Central Time) or after, earlier check-in should not be anticipated.

ALL RESERVATIONS INCLUDE A $45.00 RESERVATION FEE.

C. Reservation Change/Cancellation Charge: “reservation change” is defined as the rental of a Different unit during the same dates (extending an existing reservation one or several days is Not considered as a “reservation change”). One free “reservation change” is allowed, subject To availability and provided change is made 60 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. (Reservation change/cancellation service charge is $150.00). No reservation changes shall be Accepted less than 90 days prior to check-in date, without Manager’s approval.

D. Prohibited Acts: You will be asked to vicarate immediately, with no refund, if any of the Following occurs during your stay.
1. Pets in a unit not OR allowing pets. In addition a $300.00, NON-Refundable flea spray will be assessed, plus Possible damage cost.
2. Continued loud and unruly behavior.
3. more than the maximum number of guests allowed.
4. No grills on decks, porches, or inside rental unit.
5. No fireworks or firecrackers on property.
6. We do not rent to students or singles under 25 years of age.
7. Rental obtained under false pretense of misrepresentation.
8. All units are NON-SMOKING! A $500.00 fine may be imposed for smoking ins a unit.
9. It MUST be disclosed at the time of booking, that there will be a pet (dogs only), at this time the size, and breed of the dog MUST be disclosed.

E. Transfer: SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS reserves the right to assign the tenant to a
Different rental unit than the one confirmed to the tenant. In such a case, Seagrove On The beach would, if time allows, contact the renter immediately to notify him/her of
The change.

F. When checking-out: Please do the following:
1. Do the dishes (clean dishes may be left in the dishwasher if ran with dishwasher Detergent).
2. All trash and garbage removed from unit and placed in proper receptacles.
3. Set A/C on 75 F or heat on 55 F as applicable. Turn off lights and appliances, lock All windows, doors and sliding doors.
4. Leave the unit in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
5. Return keys, if applicable, to our office.

G. Items you may need to bring detergent, dish detergent, bath soap, paper products, trash can liners, beach
towels. All properties come with 2 towels per sleeping capacity, a kitchen sets, 5 wash clothes per bathroom. Extra towels and wash clothes will be issued at $5.00 delivery and $2.50 per towel, and $1.25 per wash cloth.





NEW COUNTY ORDINANCE: ITEMS LEFT ON THE BEACH WILL BE CONDSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL BE DISCARDED. ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES


H. Disclosures: SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS is the agent of and represents exclusively the Owners of the rental units listed.

I. Every effort has been made for accuracy in our brochure and any other printed material However, SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS is not responsible for errors or omissions.
Rates, unit descriptions and rental conditions are subject to change without notice.
2. Please note that no refunds are given on small appliances, TV/DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, water heater, Utilities etc…failure.
3. Request to open door resulting from tenants’ misplacement of key (code) is subject to $25.00 service charge.
4. Cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund, Rent or deposit. Beach conditions, i.e.; high surf, erosion DO NOT WARRANT A REFFUND, or Discount. Refunds will be made only if Mandatory Evacuation has been ordered By local or state authorities. Refunds will then be issued on a pro-rated basis.

J. Personal Items Left Behind: SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS is not responsible for lost or Misplaced items. However, if notified and/or found within a reasonable time, we will be

SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS is not responsible for any break ins, or theft from any type of vehicle.


K Community Association Rules: Tenant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations in effect In communities subject to covenants. They include the use of dedicated easements to access The beach (if not beach front). Tenant also agrees to abstain from trespassing on property not Included in tenants’ rental agreement. Boats, travel trailers, and jet skis are not permitted any parking areas at any property without prior written permission. b. YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE PROPERTY OWNER, SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS INC. AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES FOR ANY LIABILITY, CLAIM AND OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY YOU OR ANY OF YOUR INVITEES OR TO ANY PROPERTY BELONGING TO YOUR OR ANY OF YOUR INVITEES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE PROPERTY.
c. INDEMNIFICATION: YOU AND EACH OF YOUR INVITEES AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM INJURY TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY OCCURRING ON OR ABOUT THE PROPERTY.

Neither the property owner, SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS INC., nor the Owner Association can guarantee that you, your family and/or guests will not become infected with COVID-19 while using the property or community amenities related to the property. You acknowledge that property owner’s, SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS INC. and the Owner Association’s respective liability insurance may not provide coverage for contracting an infectious disease. You also acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you and/or members of your party may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while using the property or the community amenities related to the property and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.
YOU AGREE TO ASSUME ALL OF THE FOREGOING RISKS AND ACCEPT SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY TO YOURSELF, MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY AND GUESTS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DISABILITY, AND DEATH), ILLNESS, DAMAGE, LOSS, CLAIM, LIABILITY, OR EXPENSE, OF ANY KIND THAT YOU OR THEY MAY EXPERIENCE OR INCUR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE PROPERTY OR COMMUNITY AMENITIES RELATED TO THE PROPERTY.
You hereby release and covenant not to sue, discharge, and agree to defend and hold harmless the property owner, SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS INC. and Owners Association of and from all claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, arising out of or relating to the contraction of COVID-19. You understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of property owner, SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS INC. and Owners Association and any of their respective employees, directors, officers' agents and representatives.
You acknowledge that your contractual assumption of the risk as set forth above, for yourself and on behalf of all of your family members and guests who will use the property and community amenities related to the property, is a specific condition precedent to (i) the property owner and SEAGROVE ON THE BEACH PROPERTY RENTALS INC. agreeing to lease the property to you, and (ii) Owner Association agreeing to make its recreational amenities open for the use by you, your family members and guests. You acknowledge this is a specifically negotiated term and that the monetary amount of this agreement and the status of the recreational amenities as being open for your use is specifically based upon the inclusion of this term.
