These resorts host many people during the season. The wait times at the resort elevators may be delayed depending on the time of year and the volume of guests.

The registration packet is to be purchased in Lobby for $85 packet will include your armbands and parking pass. Only one parking pass is available. There is paid public parking near by if you would like to pay to park another vehicle during your stay.

You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.


Travelers must cancel by 11:59pm on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property's time zone.

This is a NON SMOKING property. If you choose to smoke on the balconies- make sure you close all of the sliding glass doors and dispose of them properly. Absolutely, DO NOT leave any cigarette butts in the trash can. If the condo smells like smoke at all when the cleaners arrive immediately upon your departure- The entire Security Deposit will be kept.


Pets are not permitted in rental properties under any conditions. Absolutely NO PETS.


DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A damage/reservation deposit is required.The renter(s) shall be liable and solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury to any person or loss sustained by any person or arising out of or in any way related to renter(s) use of the premises or its facilities or the items of personal property. Renter(s) hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the owner and/or manager harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to renter(s) use of premises or its facilities or items provided therein. Renter(s) assumes the risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold the owner and/or manager harmless with respect thereto. Renter(s) agrees to indemnify the owner and/or manager for any damages to the dwelling, grounds, furnishings, and household items. In the event that damage results from a renter(s) occupancy, the owner and/or manager is authorized to utilize the renter’s security deposit per policy to cover said damages or additional cleaning costs, including the charging or billing of any additional amounts that exceed the deposit held including attorney fees. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in the dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d. All doors are locked and condo secure upon departure.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged. Absolutely no linens are to be taken out of the unit period.
g. NO Early check-in or late checkout.
h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement or the security company employed by the Resort.


INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Normal Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.


NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Linens and bath towels are included with the rental. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however is available at an additional rate. Please contact Management to schedule for additional cleaning services. Please remember to bring your beach towels! We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units and will charge any missing linens or bath towels from your security deposit per policy.


RATE CHANGES – Future Rates subject to change without notice.


FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.


WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.


PARKING PASSES – Parking passes are located inside the property. Renters must display the parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Two (2) Parking Passes per Reservation Only - Condo RULE!


HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY (beach property): No refunds will be given unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered.
All of the properties are privately owned; the Owner and/or manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Owner and/or Manager are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
