Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
