Guest access Guests have 950 sq ft of completely separate living accommodations with their own private entrance and parking space. The Villa includes custom kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen with Juliet balcony, and 1 Queen + Bunk Beds), 2 bathrooms and a patio with a Craftsman arbour & outdoor dining - BBQ area. Beach blankets, umbrellas, beach chairs, are all available for your use and enjoyment. A designated parking stall + extra parking free on the street. Main floor has a calming bright living room to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in or watch a movie by the fire. A custom modern kitchen is absolutely stunning to unwind and make a nice meal in, while the rest of the family is lounging in the family room or out on the patio. Kitchen has brand stainless appliances including room in the fridge for all your purchases after your wine touring. Powder room on main, plus washer - dryer facilities. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Master bedroom has queen size bed, TV, sitting area. Additional bedroom has 1 queen, and 1 set of bunk beds. Start the day watching the sunrise out the Juliet balcony. Air conditioning and fireplace provide comfort for all seasons. Located in central Penticton, BC. It is the perfect location for family reunions, weddings, golf, hiking, biking, skiing, and training groups & wine tours. Cancellation at any time up to 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% refund. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refunds.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.
