We welcome you to our designer duplex in the heart of Penticton. Families, couples, athletes, & business travelers will appreciate the attention to detail in the Villa. Enjoy Tommy Bahama decor, linens & beach gear - including beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, picnic basket & cooler. Family fun at its best. We have a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate 8 people, including a Queen Master Bedroom with a Juliet Balcony. Okanagan wine country has been ranked the premier destination for foodies, wine and outdoor enthusiasts. Our custom kitchen will suit gourmet meals of local market produce, and a fold away leaf in the table makes room for everyone. Spend your day soaking in the spectacular scenery while meandering through the rolling vineyards and stopping to sip the award winning wines of this region. Enjoy the short walk to many acclaimed restaurants or simply relax on the Villa patio with twinkle-lit arbour for BBQ evenings sipping wine from your afternoon of tastings - there are over 200 local wineries to chose from. Whether your ideal vacation in paradise involves beaches, boating, wine tasting, golfing, farmer's markets, family adventure parks, biking, hiking, or skiing - we have it all in the Sunny Okanagan & we can't wait to share it with you. Guest access Guests have 950 sq ft of completely separate living accommodations with their own private entrance and parking space. The Villa includes custom kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen with Juliet balcony, and 1 Queen + Bunk Beds), 2 bathrooms and a patio with a Craftsman arbour & outdoor dining - BBQ area. Beach blankets, umbrellas, beach chairs, are all available for your use and enjoyment. A designated parking stall + extra parking free on the street. Main floor has a calming bright living room to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in or watch a movie by the fire. A custom modern kitchen is absolutely stunning to unwind and make a nice meal in, while the rest of the family is lounging in the family room or out on the patio. Kitchen has brand stainless appliances including room in the fridge for all your purchases after your wine touring. Powder room on main, plus washer - dryer facilities. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Master bedroom has queen size bed, TV, sitting area. Additional bedroom has 1 queen, and 1 set of bunk beds. Start the day watching the sunrise out the Juliet balcony. Air conditioning and fireplace provide comfort for all seasons. Located in central Penticton, BC. It is the perfect location for family reunions, weddings, golf, hiking, biking, skiing, and training groups & wine tours. You will be close to downtown restaurants, events, markets, Peachfest, beaches, golf courses, Family Challenge route, South Okanagan Event Centre, shopping malls, and wineries. Weekly and monthly, off-season rates are available.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation at any time up to 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% refund. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refunds.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
