Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 1,000.00 USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 100 percent will apply.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
