The kitchen will come fully stocked with: -Silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies. -Basic appliances: Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Toaster & Microwave, Washer & Dryer. -There is a drip coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for our guests to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer. -There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks. The bedrooms feature large and wide double-hung windows that welcome great lighting into the room. Guest access The entire home is reserved for the guests, the guest will be able to enjoy our home inside and out. Enjoying your time inside: We have some board games and playing cards stored under the small table on the right as you walk in the front door. Feel free to enjoy these! -Our home is equipped with Roku Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Enjoying your time Outside: -There is an outdoor charcoal grill available for your use. -There is an outdoor table and chairs set if you would like to sit out back and enjoy some fresh air. We also have string lights hanging Other things to note Trip Cancellation - Interruption Insurance It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation - interruption insurance in case of emergency - bad weather, Covid-19 bans - restrictions, etc. As NO REFUNDS - EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking .

Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Stripe

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due immediately.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$400 fine if detected.

Children Policies

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 25.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 175.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $500 fine per person, per night if detected.
