This is a BRAND NEW furnished apartment with a private entrance, and just steps away from renowned boutique shops and some of Philly's best restaurants on Passyunk Ave. This space features all new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new quartz counters, PLENTY of cabinet space including an island with bar seating, washer - dryerw combo, Smart TVs, queen sized bed in bedroom as well as a pull out couch in the living room. Close to all major public transportation or an easy walk into center city. The space Our home is equipped with Roku Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. There is a small outdoor table and chairs set if you would like to sit out front and enjoy some fresh air. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen will come fully stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies. There is a drip coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for you to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer. There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks. A microwave is located above the range for you to use, and there is a toaster in the kitchen also. Guest access The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. But please remember that you are in a residential area, so please be respectful to our neighbors. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Stripe

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit is required. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Check In/Out times are not flexible. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 05:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$400 fine if detected.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 4 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 2 Adults., Maximum of 1 Children.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 80.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

GUESTS

No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $500 fine per person, per night if detected.
