SECOND FLOOR •You will need to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor, which contains 2 of the 3 bedrooms, a hall bath and laundry room. •Bedroom 2- naturally lit front bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV, ample sized closet and seating area. •Bedroom 3= Back room has a Full size bed, trundle, large closet & Smart TV. THIRD FLOOR •Up one more level is the Primary suite level with pull out couch, ample floating shelves for storage, clothing, etc. Queen bed, Smart TV, seating area large double rod closet along with additional closet. •Large primary en suite with stunning tile, double vanity and stylish finishes. •Separate HVAC system. •Roof deck access - stairs. Guest access The entire home is reserved for the guests, the guest will be able to enjoy our home inside and out. The guest will be able to check-in at any time after 3:00 PM (no time limit) as we have a smart lock in this location. Other things to note Trip Cancellation - Interruption Insurance It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation - interruption insurance in case of emergency - bad weather, Covid-19 bans - restrictions, etc. As NO REFUNDS - EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Stripe
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due immediately. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$400 fine if detected.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 4 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 7 Adults., Maximum of 3 Children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 170.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
