Our home has been fully furnished to guarantee a great stay and create fun experiences in each corner. Family and added features - amenities: Baby Gates Baby Bath Baby Monitor High Chair Kids Silverware Outlet Covers Children's book and toys Foldable Baby Changing Station Life Size Games Books and reading materials Travel Crib Other Features: Safe Rice Maker Extra bed At home exercise basic kit Retro game console with 600+ games The kitchen will come fully stocked with: -Silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies. -Basic appliances: Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Toaster & Microwave, Washer & Dryer. -There is a drip coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for our guests to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer. -There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks. Guest access The entire home is reserved for the guests, the guest will be able to enjoy our home inside and out. We have prepared our home with a game room with: -Board games and playing cards are stored in the finished basement area on the coffee table. -We also have a Pac- Man arcade game for you to try your luck on! -Pack N Play There is an outdoor charcoal grill available for your use as well as an outdoor table and chairs set if you would like to sit out back and enjoy some fresh air. Other things to note Trip Cancellation - Interruption Insurance It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation - interruption insurance in case of emergency - bad weather, Covid-19 bans - restrictions, etc. As NO REFUNDS - EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking .

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Stripe
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit is required. The Security/Damage Deposit will range from 100 to 400 dollars, depending on the circumstance. Due at booking time. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
