This beautiful contemporary - rustic style casa is just perfect for experiencing the "Vallarta" style of tropical living. Beachfront views from every room, featuring open-air living spaces that flow from more private, sheltered ones. The main floor features open living area; glass doors telescope in two directions to completely open the living room and kitchen to the oceanfront palapa-roofed dining & grill terrace. Living area has beautifully upholstered sofas & unique equipage chairs, flatscreen tv, and original Mexican art and decor. Stained concrete floors with conchuela & stone inserts. A large dining table crafted from antique mesquite wood seats a group easily, with chairs and built-in dining bench. Ceiling fans keep things fresh as you relax and enjoy tropical living. The granite and primavera wood kitchen is an entertainer's delight. Well equipped so you can prepare wonderful tropical feast at home (or ask the owners to arrange for a cook), and the large Jenn-Aire gas grill (with large buffet serving area) lets the grill-meister in your party go all-out. A master bedroom w - ensuite bath is on the main level as well as a powder room off the entry hall. Laundry room is handy, concealed behind primavera overs doors. Downstairs you will find two breezy bedrooms, each with king bed, that open onto a poolside terrace. Let the ocean waves lull you to sleep. A pretty bath with two mexican sinks and walk-in shower is shared by these bedrooms. Upstairs is a self-contained (separate stairway from the entry courtyard) romantic palapa suite. When there are more than 6 guests, this 4th bedroom provides the space for our maximum number of allowed guests )If you would like to add this to your stay with only 6 people, just add $75 per night and you may use it also). This lovely space features a canopied bed that hangs form the soaring palapa roof, a kitchenette and unique tropical bed with a really cool shower (ocean views from it). On the terrace is a table and chairs plus custom concrete double curved chaise for ultimate sunbathing. The infinity pool is the crowning jewel. Large, with well-placed submerged ledges, this memorable pool is positioned for maximum sun, morning to evening. Steps lead to the grassy federal zone below and on to the beach, Come, experience our casa, as if it were your own. The sun, sand and sea awaits your arrival..... Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 120 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
