Check IN: 03.00 Check OUT: 06.00 Check-in times: from 15:00 (3 pm) to 18:00 (6 pm).Check-in after 23:00 (11 pm) is not permitted.Check-out times: between 09:00 am and 10:00 am.Please notice that if you check-in between 18:00 (6 pm) and 21:00 (9 pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50; and if you check-in between 21:00 (9 pm) and 23:00 (11 pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 90.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
