Beach is only 5 min walk from the condo. Feel like been pampered, there is a Spa just across the road. Any activities you would like to do its within Puerto Aventuras,like golf,swim with the dolphins or go fishing. In the community you can find local market with fresh fruit and vegetables,shops and restaurants. Community is safe and very relaxing for everyone.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 25.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
