Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, and charming Mexican decor. The second bedroom can be made up as a king bed or two singles. The master bedroom is a brand-new king bed. The beach is straight out your back door and down the access alley.

We have a central office at Abbey del Sol just across the street from Casa Anita. Our English-speaking manager can help you have the perfect vacation. We can help arrange individualized tours and excursions.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
1. Full deposit refund if cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival.
2. Less than 60 – refund only if we are able to re-rent the time.
3. For Christmas Holiday weeks no refunds unless we are able to re-rent the time.

Rental Agreement

Your rental request is not confirmed until you are contacted by our office. We ask for a deposit to hold the reservation and full payment either before you arrive or upon arrival. We do not require a signed rental agreement we trust our guests to treat our properties as they would treat their own. You will be responsible for any breakage or damage. Otherwise we look forward to helping you have a wonderful vacation.

GENERAL TERMS
Our rental week start day is variable. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. - Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
1. Linens, bath and beach towels are supplied.
2. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and kitchenware.
3. Hair dryer in each unit. Electrical service is same as the US.
4. One or two (depending on property) 5 gallon bottles of filtered drinking water is supplied at the beginning of your rental.
5. For those who stay longer than a week you can have your apartment cleaned once per week for free.
6. We have laundry service available for a small charge.
7. Free High Speed Wireless in all properties.

This is my second visit to PM, the first being in 2012. Both times, I booked through Abbey del Sol. I can highly recommend their properties and staff. Casa Anita is a beautiful property. It is very clean and well-maintained. Its large yard filled with colourful birds, a giant ceiba tree and gorgeous, landscaped garden is a delight to relax in. The pool is clean and the perfect size for our family of four (kids 11 and 14 years) to enjoy daily. If we didn't feel like the pool, with a short 5 minute walk from the house, the Caribbean Sea. The home comes with foldable chairs and beach bags to use while you are visiting. Casa Anita is tastefully decorated, spacious and comes with a well-appointed kitchen if you choose to self-cater your stay. Clean drinking water is provided as needed at no additional cost. Beds were comfortable and each room has a fan and air conditioning. The Abbey del Sol staff are fantastic. They are immediately responsive, easily accessible, friendly and offer local information to enhance your stay. We were able to fully relax at Casa Anita, feeling peaceful, safe and well looked after while at the same time able to have our own space and privacy. We loved having access to the bikes to explore town, and did so daily. With easy access to the grocery store in town, as well as countless dining options both in PM port-side and La Colonia (an easy 10 minute taxi ride from Casa Anita), you truly have everything you need to enjoy all that this beautiful area of Mexico offers. We made some great family memories here.

We recently spent 16 days at Casa Anita. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. The kitchen, dining and living space is not large but quite usable for 2 people. And we absolutely love the outdoor space. The pool, pool deck, and side yard are just a wonderful area to hang out in. The house is well maintained, the yard and pool cleaned every 2-3 days. The Abbey Del Sol staff are just across the street and so helpful. The house is in a quiet area of town with just a 1 block walk to the nearest beach club and about 6-8 block walk to get to most restaurants. This year there was a stray cat who has been hanging around the house for the past few months and we were happy to continue feeding her and have her be part of our vacation experience!

We had an excellent experience with Abbey del Sol and their vacation property, Casa Anita. The kitchen was well equipped and the water ran hot (both not a guarantee with vacation rentals!). We enjoyed the outdoor space after our mornings at the beach. Bikes were an added bonus and provided quick access to town for grocery shopping or dinner. Casa Anita was extremely clean in all the nooks and crannies - impressive for such a large space! The Abbey del Sol office is located across the street and staff were friendly and genuinely helpful in making arrangements (taxis, laundry, etc.) - thank you Mary and the Abbey del Sol team. I will book with you again for future stays in Puerto Morelos or recommend to others who are interested in visiting your wonderful town.

Abbey del Sol has a wonderful staff and pristine, well-appointed properties. We stayed a month in Feb 2024 and can only sing praises of Casa Anita. Wifi made it easy to work and look forward to the beach across the street, meals by the pool and leisurely evening strolls into town. The location is perfect for exploring the bounties of local nature and culture, or just bring your chair to the beach.

This was our first time to Puerto Morelos. We were a bit hesitant since we know some others areas well. However, we booked Casa Anita and of course, the pictures looked great.

Communication with staff before the trip was great.

We arrived at night and the home was perfect for us. The place is clean, beds comfortable, and the pool is great!

We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had enough pots, pans, cups, etc.

Sitting by the pool in the a.m. watching the sunrise was amazing.

Casa Anita has a very nice and private yard on a quiet street away from the noise of town (even though there is not much noise in Puerto Morelos overall).

The staff was great, friendly, and were very helpful.

This home is not cheap but compared to other places and cities we've staying from Playa to Tulum, this is clean and comfortable.

We had 2 bikes and they were great for heading into town, quick trip to the store, etc.

Our kids loved that we had a pool and they enjoyed the private yard where we could have some downtime, swim, read, and play futbol.

We will for sure come back to Casa Anita!

Absolutely incredible vacation rental. Perfectly situated 1 block from the beach at the end of town. You can walk into the city center along the water or take the provided bicycles. The staff are amazing and extremely attentive. The house is well equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay.

The beautiful pool and outdoor garden area are even nicer than they look in photos.

The property was magnificent, and the office employees made sure that you had everything you needed for a wonderful stay at Casa Anita.Abbey del Sol is a premier place to spend your getaway at. I could go on and on but one just have to experience it for yourself. My wife and I highly recommend staying at here to anyone who wishes to have a vacation to remember.

This was our second time staying at Casa Anita and it was just as wonderful as before. We were a block from the water and an easy 20 minute walk to town. The staff at Abbey Del Sol were very helpful and all of our requests were handled promptly. We enjoyed meals at John Gray’s, Opps! Little Italy, and El Nicho bakery. We would totally recommend Abbey Del Sol and hope to return to Casa Anita soon.

This is second time staying at Casa Anita and we just LOVE this place! It is so comfortable in so many ways. We love the aesthetic value of the home. We love the added space in the lush garden and the covered porch. We got stuck with some rainy days, and to have all of this space makes a difference if you can't get out on the beach as much. And this end of town is very quiet as well but just a block or so to the beach. I will miss sitting out by the pool looking out at the garden each night... Staff and owners were so great to work with in many ways! Muchas Gracias!

Casa Anita is a wonderful house/property of Abbey del Sol! Was clean & had everything we needed. Walked 1 block to the beach. Spent a lot of time at the private swimming pool too. Rode the provided bikes into town. The staff was very friendly & helpful! No question I would definitely recommend Abbey del Sol & stay here again!

We absolutely loved Casa Anita. It was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we could possibly want. The location was great, close to the beach and the bikes meant we could cycle into the town and back easily. The staff at Abbey Del Sol couldn't have been more helpful. We also loved Puerto Morelos as a town and wished we had stayed there for our second week rather than going to Tulum.

We were offered this home when our previous rental was not acceptable. Jin made a plan and put us in this wonderful property. It is clean, cozy and has a beautifully kept garden. It is in the perfect location, if you like a quiet area
2 blocks from the beach. It’s a short walk to town. Great stay

We loved our week in Puerto Morelos and the Casa Anita was a huge part of that. We woke up every morning for a dip in the pool followed by fresh fruit for breakfast and a 5-minute walk out for a dip in the sea.

The house had everything we needed for two adults and two pre-teens. We self-catered two meals a day and never lacked for cooking gear. The house was a delight from the moment we first saw it. As pictured and better.

As for service, the Mariela and the folks she works with are grand. She was easy to reach by WhatsApp and in the office starting days before our visit.

The only thing to be aware of is that you're at the far end of town, so it's a 20 minute walk into the center. We will rent two extra bikes for the week next time we're in town to cut down on hot walks in the sun!

We are well traveled on four continents and this was one of our best weeks of all time and my only unreserved 5-star review.

We stayed at Casa Anita for 16 nights. It was a great little house and suited our needs perfectly. The bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds and plenty of closet space and hangers. The bathrooms were large too and had beautiful Mexican sinks and tile. The kitchen/dining/living space was not that large but was certainly enough for the 2 of us. The kitchen was well supplied and the living room furniture was new and comfortable. The tv was new and if you wanted to watch tv you could get 413 different USA channels! The wifi was strong and fine for our needs. What was the best, though, was the outside space. A lovely pool area with new lounge chairs plus a table with 4 chairs plus a stunning side yard filled with beautiful plants and trees and more lounge chairs to sit in the shade. The pool is not heated but in March with the sun shining on it all day, the water was a very comfortable temperature. There was a family of iguanas who lived in the yard that we saw daily and many, many birds that we watched and listened to for hours. Even a coatimundi made an appereance once or twice. Because the yard and pool area were so lovely, we never even went to the beach club which was just 2 blocks away. The breezes that came into the backyard were just heavenly on the hot days we had. There were 2 bikes to use if you didn’t want to walk the 6-8 blocks into town for shopping or eating. The staff at Abbey Del Sol was right across the street to answer questions, bring more water, etc. The house was cleaned twice while we were there and the yard and pool were maintained frequently. Thanks Mary, Jin, Hugo and housecleaning staff for making our stay so wonderful. We will be back!

We loved this Casa Anita so much that we would buy it if it was ever for sale.
This house was perfect for us as a couple (or as a family of 4). I’ve never stayed at a cottage/condo that was equipped so well. We cooked some breakfast there and had everything we needed. Having our own pool was fantastic and we spent most of our days lounging by it. The furniture and the bed was so comfortable and having a few bikes at our disposal was fun for a few rides around town. It was also nice and quite at night. One of the best things was that the side yard garden. It was so pleasant and a haven for some of the local birds. We would lounge in the pool and listen to the bird song every afternoon. The Casa is also just a block from the beach and about a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants. Jin and Nancy at Abbey del Sol were wonderful and quick to respond to anything that we needed. We will definitely be back again in the future.

Wonderful! Casa Anita was gorgeous, we could not have chosen better. Jin and Mariela obviously have a servants heart! They went above and beyond to make sure we had all we wanted and needed. Puerto Morales is great, sweet locals, safe, beautiful with amazing food. We have discussed investing there. We will return!

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights at Casa Anita. The property was well maintained, the house was spacious (could easily fit two couples), the kitchen was well stocked with appliances/gadgets, and the pool was perfect. We used the bikes to get into town or did the easy15 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the grocery store. The location is at the far end of town so it’s quiet and feels safe.
We booked our airport transportation through Abbey del Sol so that made it easy when we showed up. They also gave us suggestions on cenote tours and helped set up the taxi ride to Zapote Cenote. We had a great time!

What a wonderful one level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Casa to stay in. The pool was steps away from the living & master bedroom. Just perfect for a young family who know how to live and enjoy life. Out 14 month and 4 and a half got house and sons LOVED it all. And the parents thought it was a second honeymoon with the kids!!! Perfect! Thanks Casa Anita and Abbey del Sol for a week of family fun and relaxation.

What an amazing group of staff and accommodations! We were traveling with our 2 little ones and ended up getting an upgrade due to construction. Our upgrade to Casa Anita was wonderful! It had everything you could possibly need for a vacation and more.
The staff were outstanding, making sure we got the most out of our trip, and even helped arrange 2 trips for us to explore some ruins, cenotes and little towns along the way. I would 100% reccomend Abbey del Sol to anyone looking for a vacation spot!

Casa Anita and the associated Abbey del Sol exceeded our hope of an authentic experience in a charming atmosphere. Located on the edge of a quiet town, easy bike rides into town got us in the right mood and in a small way, proved to be a highlight. The staff was always happy to help: promptly refilling water, advice on a site to visit, and really anything they could possibly help with. The properties were even more charming than they appear on line. We spent time just strolling around the sites snapping photos of every courtyard, the vibrant still-life, the lush gardens, and every characteristic space. Puerto Morales is a such an authentic jewel of a town and I hope it is able to retain it's character and not become just another empty Cancun resort. We hope to someday return to this special, magical property. For those seeking something different and special and authentic - for those seeking a slice of life, I highly recommend these properties in this this town.

It was perfect. The house was beautiful and the pool was awesome. Access to the beach was very easy and we could also walk downtown. There were two bicycles too. You can access the pool right from the bedroom or the master bedroom bathroom. Highly recommend this property. Very easy check-in and check-out. Easy parking. Good security.

Casa Anita is in a delightful small town, located just a block and a half from the beach. The staff is very responsive but also conscientious of guests’ privacy. The house and grounds were clean and beautiful and set up perfectly for a family. I use VRBO often in my travels and due to all reasons above, casa Anita has been my all time favorite !

My sister, brother in law and I spent a week at Casa Anita and absolutely loved it! The house was perfect, the staff was so helpful and friendly and it was quiet and comfortable. Thoroughly delighted with our stay at Villa Anita. It was all we had hoped for. The villa is well equipped and very comfortable. The private pool is lovely, well maintained and refreshing. The location is perfect and only a two minute walk from the beach. We found all the staff, from the moment we were picked up at the airport in Cancun to the moment we were dropped off, to be pleasant, considerate and helpful. We will hopefully return.

We had a wonderful experience renting Casa Anita through Abbey del Sol!The two bedroom/two bath unit was just as described and was perfect for our two couples traveling together. The unit, pool, and grounds were spotless being maintained several times a week. We really enjoyed the pool and walking to the beach a block away. It was a real treat to be warm and enjoy having breakfast outside daily. Jin and the staff were terrific! They arranged several tours for our group and made the transportation easy. We would highly recommend Abbey del Sol to everyone!

Abbey del Sol was great to deal with and made us feel at home. They were very attentive to our needs and answered all our questions about how to take advantage of what Puerto Morelos had to offer.

Casa Anita offers a very well appointed kitchen and wonderfully relaxing surroundings, Just a short block to the beach club you can see the water from the pool deck. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was ideal with one of the bedrooms opening to the pool area. The side yard offers shady areas throughout the day as well. Great place, highly recommended. We will be back

Casa Anita is such a beautiful vacation home. We enjoyed our days lounging out by the pool and making food and drinks in the well supplied kitchen (it had everything we needed and more).
The house is very clean and bright. The staff at Abbey Del Sol are so kind and helpful.
The location was convenient and super safe (only a few minutes from the square by car and a few steps from the beach) and everything from the listing was accurate. I actually think the place is more beautiful than the photos show! The pool and property were very well maintained. I would 100% recommend this property.
Some of our favourite restaurants that we ate at: Las Koras, El Manglar, Pelicanos, Le Papillon, Punta Corcho (try the Coco Relleno) the bar at Posada Amor was so cute and the drinks were phenomenal.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Tropical Storm Bud put a damper on our stay, but there's nothing management could have done about the weather. There were a few maintenance issues with the proptery (shower drain, water leaking through doors, etc) but they were addressed promptly. Also we wish there were more seating in the living area.

Casa Anita is a lovely 2 bedroomed property which is well positioned in the town of Puerto Morales. The house is clean and tidy and well appointed. The beds are comfy and although the shower doesn't have a lot of power the temperature is fine. The bikes provided were very useful for getting to and from town/shops.

This property was everything we’d hoped for – and a little bit more. Everything we needed was there, the pool is lovely, the beach is amazingly close and almost empty during our April stay.

The town itself is charming. And it’s hard to take in that it is so close to the mayhem of Cancun and so convenient to the airport.

Here’s to the next time, which we are already dreaming about.

Perfect private spot with fenced pool and yard, but just a short walk to the beach if that's your preference. The house is beautiful and has all the things you need for a comfortable vacation. The attentive and friendly staff is close by and available in the event you do need anything. Communication was excellent and if you want to experience some local adventures, they can arrange many types of outings. We took a trip to Ek Balaam, swam in a cenote, saw wood carvers in the jungle, had lunch with a family in a small village and went to the Sunday market in Cancun - all expertly guided and very enjoyable. A short walk to the town square brings you to too many restaurants to try in one trip. We had excellent food and service everywhere! Book it - you will be glad you chose this place!

We really enjoyed Casa Anita and Puerto Morelos. It's a fairly quiet town (at least in August) with lots of good food, and the house itself was great, especially the pool. The pictures actually do it justice!

we usually do the all inclusive vacations. This time we were traveling with another couple and we split the cost of the house. We arranged the shuttle service and they were ready and waiting for us as scheduled. The home surpassed our expectations, it was beautiful and clean equipped with all the necessities. The pool was great to have, and beach access easy! Hopefully the lot behind does not get developed any time soon! Office staff were extremely helpful and arranged taxi service, car rental, bike rental and even called a restaurant for our reservation! Marissa spoke English very well, and was very approachable. The home is located at the outskirts of the town centre but is an easy bike ride to shops. Unico beach front Restaurant is just across the street, great food and massage service there. I would highly recommend Casa Anita for your next holiday!

My wife and I stayed at Casa Anita during a recent (5/3/17-5/9/17) trip to Puerto Morelos. We could not have been happier with our choice of accommodations. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The only complaint we had was having to leave and go back home to the US. I would like to make sure that anyone considering Casa Anita for the first time and are concerned about its proximity to the beach, the beach is very close. The previous week we stayed at a resort in Playa del Carmen and the walk from our room to the beach was much longer than it was from Casa Anita to the beach. You are literally about a 1 minute walk away from stepping into the warm waters of the Caribbean! We took daily advantage of the on-site bicycles and rode into town to eat and shop. Puerto Morelos is beautiful! You won't be disappointed.

I have stayed at Casa Anita several times and keep coming back due to the setting, amenities and comforts this property offers. Very peaceful with beautiful garden with lots of birds and other nature. Bring your clothes and enjoy. Abbey del Sol staff are the best and will help you with whatever needs you might have! A great place managed by terrific team. We will be back, hopefully soon!

This is our second stay at Casa Anita and again it was simply wonderful! The house, pool and garden are all beautiful. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This time I went with my father and my two girls aged 12 and 8, there was fun things to do for all of us, we will be back again!

I spent 10 amazing days in Casa Anita in April with my husband. We loved everything about this house, just 50 yards from the beach and a short walk to town (or a fun bike ride away).The neighborhood is so peaceful and beautiful,we always felt safe. The pool is fantastic! it was hard to leave such a paradise even to go to the beach. The house was spotless and well equipped. Everybody at Abby del Sol were always helpful, specially Jin and Nancy. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed Casa Anita and the support from the whole Abbey Del Sol team. Casa Anita is spotlessly clean very well equipped and in a great location just a short walk to the beach (only problem with that is you are leaving the lovely garden and pool !!) or an easy stroll into town which has a really good selection of restaurants.
The only problem we had, was with a Taxi booking I had made from England that did not turn up , however Nancy in the Abbey Del Sol office resolved the problem really quickly. Jin picked us up from the Airport and took us back again in a nice car and right on time both ways.
We would definitely stay at Casa Anita again or if unavailable another Abbey Del Sol property.

I stayed at Casa Anita with 2 others girlfriends for 3 nights in early May. It was perfect. Everything was as expected or better than could be imagined. Loved the location, access to beach, and the pool. We really enjoyed riding bikes around town, always felt safe, loved the lawn & landscaping. Will definitely be back !

I love staying at Abbey del Sol Vacation properties. They are a great group of people and if you need help with something, it happens very quickly. Great place! The location is great - not too close to the square but a nice walk in the evening to go out for dinner.

We spent a week at Casa Anita in our favorite Yucatan town of Puerto Morales. CA was exactly as described on the Abbey del Sol website. The property is secluded (though in town), beautiful, and tasteful. We will certainly return next year.

Came to PM to experience a more unique/native Mexico and we were not disappointed. The village is charming. We felt very safe, walked everywhere we went and the property itself was perfect. The location was excellent. We are a family of runners and the streets in front of, as well as behind were awesome for our morning run!

This was a very cute home in a perfect location. A short walk to the beach you can see it from the backyard. My kids enjoyed the pool and feeding the iguanas. The town is close enough and has many good restaurants.

We had an amazing and relaxing vacation at Abbey Del Sol's Casa Anita. The house was just as shown and expected, comfortable beds, everything worked well, air conditioning, Wifi, lovely pool area - we loved our pet Iguana that ate watermelon with us every morning and came out of the yard next door when called. The staff was lovely and helpful and welcoming. We rented bikes, never got in a car for a whole week and enjoyed the beautiful and friendly town of Purerto Morelos. We are in love

We stayed in Casa Anita for 7 nights in December. It's a block off the beach & only a 10 minute walk to the town square. We loved this little house. There were 2 adults & 2 children under 4. We will stay here again. It was clean, well equipped, & perfectly located. We enjoyed walking into the square each evening for supper.

Our family stayed at Casa Anita over Thanksgiving 2014 and had a wonderful experience. The casa has an old world charm with its wood windows and doors and mature landscaping. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The office staff are fantastic - can't say enough about them. The beach is a five minute walk and we strolled nightly into the town center. We recommend La Cantina Habanero for fish tacos but you will find many great places to eat in Puerto Morelos. Everyone is laid-back and very friendly. Casa Anita was all that we hoped for. We will definitely be back.

A couple of good things. We loved the location and the staff was pleasant. I don't know if was just an off week for them but when we arrived there was a skillet on the stove with grease and pieces of bacon in it. Don't how long that has been sitting there. We turned on the air-condition in the master bedroom it didn't work moved to the second bedroom, they got it fixed but then water poured out covering the floor. Turned the light on in the kitchen it didn't work.I took a light out of lamp and put it in so we could have a light. Got a DVD from their office and found out the player wasn't hooked up to the television and when we got it working the DVD wouldn't play because it said, "not for this region." You only get five gallons of water for your stay after that you have to purchase it. I went in the morning and order another five gallon at 4:30 it hadn't come so I went back over and they had forgotten. We did get it and later that night someone came and apologize. I could tell you more but I think you get the picture. It is the little things that makes a property a good or great.

The outdoor space at Casa Anita was perfect and the location was great as well. The house could do with a few cosmetic touch-ups but was nice enough overall. Amenities were sparse but the staff were very helpful and quick to provide whatever we had run short of or was missing. Overall we were satisfied and would likely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful except for the ant issue in the kitchen area and the slow drain in the shower. Suggestions would be to purchase a beach umbrella and small cooler for the Villa. Also it would be nice to have had bikes that the seats could be adjusted. Otherwise everything was great.

Thank you to Nancy, Freddy, Jin, Cesar and the rest of the gang at Abbey del Sol! They were all so very friendly and helpful and made our first vacation with our 15 month old son one to remember.

We were looking for a location that was comfortable, quiet, affordable, had it own pool, allow us to cook our own meals, had easy access to the beach and town without being in the middle of everything. Casa Anita fit all of these criteria and more!

We found the property exactly as depicted on their website and very clean. It's the perfect property for a small family or two couples. The location feels very private because there are vacant lots on two sides. Also being close to the end of the north side of town is just the perfect distance to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town center while still being close enough for a nice walk or short rides on the Abbey del Sol provided bikes. Freddy was even nice enough to provide us with a bike equipped with a child's seat so our son could go on his very first bike rides which he loved!

Access to the beach is an easy short two blocks out the back gate. The pool was wonderful and also perfect for our toddler son with its nice wading area.

Again, Nancy and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nearly anything we needed was easily obtained by either asking Nancy or could be bought at the store in town or in La Colonia.

The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook the majority of our meals at home.

Overall, Puerto Morelos is a beautiful location, very safe, and everything from the beaches to the restaurants are amazingly child friendly.

We will be highly recommending Abbey del Sol and Puerto Morelos to our friends and family. Muchas gracias for a wonderful experience!

This little property is lovely, we even had a resident cat during our stay. The property was spotless and the staff really helpful. My only reservation is about the noise around the property. There are several renovations going on nearby and there is some pretty heavy duty construction traffic using a turning circle in front of the pool. Constant drilling adds to that. The bedroom windows are traditional wooden slats rather than glazed so you awake with the birds and dogs in the morning. Despite those things though we had a lovely stay, and if the construction had finished, would definitely stay there again.

Casa Anita is the perfect property for a private retreat and comes with a great pool for cooling off morning, noon and night. A great plus is that we were only a short walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the town square. Meanwhile, the kitchen here has everything you need to create any meal you can think of and of course Puerto Morelos is filled with tasty, quaint restaurants. We used the free bikes to get around town every day. If you are looking for a quiet, private retreat, this is the place you have been looking for.

we had a wonderful time at Casa Anita. The pool was perfect, especially for our son who spent most mornings and evenings in it. The beach was walking distance, less than 5 minutes. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We did grocery shopping and made breakfast at home and ordered dinner or went out most evenings using the guide that came with the house. The staff were very helpful. We even got a babysitter one night so that we could go out. We will return.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation this summer, and the main reason is because of where we stayed! Everthing was fantastic! Casa Anita was just perfect for our vacation. The beds have new mattresses which were very comfortable. The private pool was a plus! and the yard has beautiful landscaping with palm trees and fresh flowers blooming daily! We enjoyed a massage under the palm trees during our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we felt very safe at Casa Anita. Great Place to Stay!

Our 10 days at Casa Anita werea all we expected and more. The house is lovely, with lots of light and space, feels a lot larger than it actually is. My wife was attending a workshop nearby, so we had friends for dinner several nigths at the terrace, the grill and kitchen equipment allows to entertain a group of at least 8 people. Don ́t need to bring anythig but your clothes, shampoo and sunscreen, as the kitchen is fully equiped and the house has everyting you ́ll need, from towels and beach towels to beach chairs, bicyces, etc.
Already planing our next, hopefully longer visit!

After searching the area for a rental to accommodate 3 people, we chose Casa Anita. The photos describing the property were very descriptive and met our needs. After arriving and settling in, we all agreed the photos did not do it justice. The casa was perfect!! Loved the openness of it, the wood windows and doors. There were 4 of them to get in and out of the casa. All with beautiful views of the property, side yard, and pool. We enjoy cooking while on vacation and found the kitchen to be well equiped. We also enjoyed BBQ'ing achiote chicken and arrachera out on the charcoal grill. The staff at Abbey del Sol just couldn't do enough for us, very professional. We will definitely be returning to Casa Anita.

We had a delightful stay in Casa Anita, which had every facility that you might need on holiday and more.The spacious garden and well designed pool were perfect for our daughter and 2 year old grandson. Having the sea only two minutes walk away made life very easy. Support from the staff was first rate - advice, loans, DVDs etc. Thanks to everyone at Abbey Del Sol for being so generous and helpful.

I was looking for some peace and quiet. A time for reflection, but also somewhere I felt safe being on my own. The house was wonderful, the staff was patient and helpful when I needed help getting oriented. I had been to Puerto Morels a couple of years ago, so I was somewhat familiar with the town. I like it cause it is quiet and every one is so friendly. So I could be alone, but if I wanted to go do something it was easy to find things and people were very friendly. I hope to come back with my family or some friends next time. Thanks so much for all your help!
