Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 400 USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
