The master bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower and separate garden tub. Bedroom 3 & 4 King beds and Bedroom 5 One Queen bed. Bedroom 6 and 7 have a set of Twin beds. Each bedroom will have a TV. The family room features leather sofas, a wide screen plasma TV, DVD player and a view of the pool area, perfect for relaxing when home from the Orlando, Florida attractions. There is additional sofa seating in the front living room for entertaining. There is plenty of seating for meals with the dining room, eat in kitchen and patio table and chairs. There is tile flooring throughout the common areas. The open, spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals at home. This home has a private, screened in pool and heated spa with a covered lanai to escape the sun’s rays and loungers for sunbathing. The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
