Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 40 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 120 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is provided after full payment.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 14 Adults.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
