Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 20 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure.
