Each master suite offers a Queen-sided bed with fine linens and sufficient drawers and closets for you to put your bags away and be at home during your stay. The attached bathrooms provide comfy bathrobes and extra towels, luxuriously appointed with local hand-crafted soaps and shampoos. Your kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience and the pantry is stocked with spices, oils and condiments for your cooking pleasure. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000.00 CAD. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 7 pm. Key is provided at check in. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
