Party, conference, wedding, exhibitions, product launches and retreats have all been accommodated here so take advantage of the very flexible site for your next event. The Barn provides a unique atmosphere and is a great venue for the after dinner part of the evening. A mobile food van come bar can provide a special treat as midnight passes. Tailored to your event we engage our suppliers to create whatever you wish for. Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 15 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 800.00 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm.
