Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 3000 EUR is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 5000 EUR, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 100.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
