Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guest pays a 20.00 fee if they check in after 11 pm.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 09:00 PM To 09:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 55.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
