Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashier Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent. The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.

Payment Balance

The balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at any time, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to a cash deposit) is taken.

Check-In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guests pay a 50.00 fee if they check in after 11 pm.
