This Casa is located in the most beautiful and picturesque Vila Jardim of Ribatejo (aprox . one hour by car from Lisbon Airport), in the historic area of Sardoal, close to the center and the various churches and ancient fountains of this flowery village. The house was fully renovated in 2022, with several amenities and details to provide you with comfort, tranquility, harmony and so that you can enjoy good moments in contact with nature. You can use it either for leisure or work (free wifi). You can relax on the outdoor patio with the sound of running water, in the living room by the warmth of the fireplace or reading a book on the chaise lounge overlooking the countryside. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bunk bed and 2 toilets (ideal for 6 persons). It is is fully furnished and equipped, including air conditioning, electrical heaters, 2 Smart cable TV, a fireplace and several other amenities. Through Sardoal, also cross the old Estrada Nacional 2, the longest national road that connects the country from north to south. Other places to visit in the region ( <30 minutes): - Barragem de Castelo de Bode with several beautiful river beaches, with natural swimming pools, waterfalls and where is possible to practice several nautical sports; - Abrantes Castle and Museums; - Castle of the Knights Templars in Tomar; - Almourol Castle; - Sanctuary of Fátima (aprox. 45 min by car). - Mouchão Olive Tree (+3350 years old) at Mouriscas.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 30 percent of the rent is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
