The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 39 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
In the first 48 hours after placing a booking it may be cancelled for a full refund. Thereafter and up until 90 days prior to arrival guests may cancel and receive a full refund, minus the booking fee charged by the property manager. If a guest cancels from 90 to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid will be held in full as a credit toward a booking at the same property within the same winter season or the next. If a guest cancels within 30 days of arrival, a credit of 50% of the pretax price of the booking will be held as a credit toward a booking of the same property valid until the end of the following winter season. In any case where a credit is retained, if we are able to rebook the property to another guest who pays as much or more than the credit on file for overlapping dates, we will issue a refund of the credit after the rebooking guest's arrival. In the rare case where a property for which a credit exists is not longer available to rent through the property manager, either due to a sale of the home or delisting for some other reason, only that portion of the credit which belonged to the property manager will be usable as a credit on a future booking. In brief, all bookings will provide either a refund or a credit (full or partial) on future bookings so guests know that there is limited risk booking in advance in these very uncertain times. **Covid-19 Cancellation Policy** As of Jun 2021 our normal cancellation policy will apply except in cases where a government mandated ban or travel restriction impedes your ability to attend your booking. If a government ban or travel restriction does impact your vacation, we'll hold your deposit as a credit in full toward a booking to be completed within 6 months at the same home or as may be agreed upon on a case by case basis with guests.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

This is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom home that is the perfect blend of a modern condo with traditional ski cottage decor. The vaulted ceilings allow tall windows which provide this home with tons of natural sunlight and a beautiful view. As a corner unit, there's easy access to the path just outside of your front door which is also your ski-in/ski-out access.

This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized sofabed in the living room. It also features a private balcony with a barbeque.

Location Highlights:

Settler's Crossing is a great complex that ranges from studio apartments to three-storey condos, so you're bound to find a place suitable for your next holiday.

Settler's Crossing is located in the East Village which means the complex is ski-in/ski-out by way of the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. It is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main village or just a short drive.

The next closest complexes are Stone's Throw and Echo Landing, which sandwich Settler's Crossing on both sides, so if you want family or friends to book close by there's essentially triple the options.

Settler's Crossing has a few underground parkades with a clearance height of 2.29m (7'6"). There are signs on the outside of each parkade indicating which units have parking stalls for that parkade. There is a small temporary parking zone for the purpose of loading/unloading to the left side of the entrance of the complex.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:

From the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way, and get on Hasta La Vista to return to the complex.

From the top of Orient, you can take Hasta La Vista directly down.

Alternatively, the East Village Ski Way can be used to access the next complex over and it's just a short walk back to Settler's Crossing.

To ski-out, from the lower-numbered side of the complex, pass the trees to hop on Hasta La Vista and under the Skier Underpass to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts.

Alternatively, walking to these chairlifts takes approximately 3 - 5 minutes.

For the 2021-2022 season, you can Stay for 7 and Pay for 6! Please note: This does not apply to stays from December 17, 2021 to January 2, 2022.

Until the end of the season, you can book just 2 nights minimum if your arrival is within 45 days!
